Two Awards. Another Big Signal for Agentic Procurement.

Last week in London, I had the privilege of accepting two Global Procurement Awards on behalf of ORO Labs: Company of the Year and The Procurement Technology Award.
Recognition is always meaningful. But what makes these awards particularly timely is the proof we’re seeing right now from customers.
Just last week, Pfizer shared how it went from proof of concept to global implementation in six weeks with ORO, using orchestration and agents to automate a 17-step requisition review process across 78 markets and approximately 250,000 transactions annually.
And Pfizer isn’t an isolated example.
At Novartis, an AI-powered requisition review agent cut review times from up to five days to an average of 16 minutes. Bristol Myers Squibb reduced contract cycle times from eight months to 16 days.
That’s what excites me about where procurement is headed, and the speed at which leaders are travelling.
The conversation around agentic AI is shifting from What could this technology do? to What can we actually change, build, and scale? to How did you do that?
That shift is central to what we’re building at ORO and the way that we work with customers. Our Idea-to-Pay approach starts upstream, when a business need is still an idea, and orchestrates the people, agents, processes, systems, and data required to turn that intent into value.
And we believe the best way to demonstrate what’s possible is to build it.
That’s exactly what we’ll do at ORO Imagine in Amsterdam on September 29. We’ll take real procurement challenges from the audience and build solutions live with ORO—no scripted demos, no second takes, just ORO AI unlimited, shared in real-time. We’ll also hear from practitioners at Roche, Haleon, and Siemens Energy about what they’re building and measuring today.
In May this year we were also awarded the Best Technology Award at the World Procurement Congress, judged by over 40 leading CPOs (and we won in 2025 too), these two new awards recognize the continued progression of the industry and pace of change.
But the awards matter because of what sits behind them: customers willing to rethink how procurement works, a team determined to keep raising the standard, and increasingly tangible proof that agentic orchestration can deliver real enterprise impact.
Thank you to our customers and partners, and everyone across ORO who keeps pushing what’s possible.
If you want to see what all this looks like in practice, join us at ORO Imagine in Amsterdam on September 29. Bring us your toughest procurement challenge and watch us build against it live. You can request your seat here.
